Job summary

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure required to practice nursing.
• Driver license required to drive to assignments or transports.

Responsibilities

• Follows the plan of care, provides treatments, and collaborates with the care team to meet patient outcomes.
• Provides direct patient care as defined by state Nurse Practice Act, including end-of-life care duties.
• Participates in hospice services coordination and reporting to the interdisciplinary team.
• Manages pain and symptom control as part of patient care.
