Job summary

CarePartners is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care under physician orders, following the plan of care and collaborating with a care team to achieve positive outcomes. Responsibilities include end-of-life care, pain management, and coordinating hospice services as needed.

The position requires RN licensure, a supported degree (ADN or BSN), and a valid driver license. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this role in western North Carolina’s post-acute care network.

Qualifications

• RN license (State) required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of start date.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and standards of practice.
• Follow the plan of care and administer treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient care outcomes.
• Support hospice and end-of-life care components as needed.
