Valid Nurse Practitioner’s license
Master’s degree in nursing
Previous hospice and palliative care experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation. This position involves daily home visits and weekly office meetings. Valid driver’s license and company-required auto-liability insurance Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing client status and needs, schedule changes as directed.
