Dignity Care Hospice is seeking an on-call RN Field Nurse to support the on-call hospice team in southeast Ohio. The role involves ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for patients at home and collaborating with families to plan and monitor care.

This position is for an on-call RN Case Manager who will support the current hospice on-call nurse with a schedule that consist of 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week.
