PruittHealth Hospice in South Carolina is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our specialized hospice team serving patients at home or in care facilities. The NP must hold current RN and NP licenses in the state, and be board-certified by AANP or ANCC in adult, family, geriatric, or adult-gerontology primary care.

Qualifikationen

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current, active NP licensure in state of practice.

• Proactive, collaborative team member in a hospice care environment
• Conducts comprehensive adult/geriatric assessments of hospice patients and evaluates and manages plan of care
• Commitment to caring for patients and partners
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice
• Maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting
