UnitedHealth Group is seeking a PRN Schedule CNA Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and support for families during end-of-life care in home or community settings.

The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and emotional well-being, working closely with the hospice team to ensure care aligns with the plan. Per diem scheduling offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits where eligible.

Formación

• Current state CNA certification/registration as per state requirements.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.
• Preferred: CNA experience within the last two years.

Responsabilidades

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Applies safety principles and proper body mechanics for ambulation, transfers, ROM and positioning.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and environmental tasks as assigned.
• Observes, reports and documents changes in patient status.
• Follows written care instructions by a registered nurse.
• Assists patients with prescribed exercises.
• Performs and records simple urine tests for sugar, acetone and albumin.
• Other duties as assigned.

Educación

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/registration

CPR certification
