CommuniCare Family of Companies’ Dignity Care Hospice in southeast Ohio is seeking a Hospice Chaplain for a PRN role with potential to become full-time as the hospice division grows. You will provide spiritual support to patients and families, aligning care with their beliefs.
You will collaborate with care teams, clergy, and community groups, participate in conferences, and help with bereavement follow-up.
