CommuniCare Family of Companies’ Dignity Care Hospice is seeking a Home Health Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients at home in Akron, OH. This role emphasizes personal care, nutrition assistance, vitals, mobility support, and medication supervision as outlined by the care plan.
The ideal candidate meets state requirements, holds an STNA license for Ohio, is 18+, and can work with little supervision. CPR certification is required.
