Job summary

Four Pillars Hospice is seeking a Hospice CNA / Hospice Aide to provide compassionate personal care and supportive services to patients in their homes under RN supervision.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient condition, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment while supporting families through end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Completion of CNA, Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or state-approved Nurse Aide Training/Competency Program.
• One year of hospice, home health, hospital, nursing home, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clinical information effectively.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Successful completion of competency evaluation and skills testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and nutrition.
