Job summary

Valley Vital Care, Inc. is seeking a 1099 Contract Home Infusion Nurse for the Tri Cities, TN area. You will provide IV therapies to patients at home and in pharmacy suites, with infusion times from 30 minutes to over 4 hours and travel between assignments.

Required are infusion experience and an active RN license. You will review orders, administer parenteral medications, monitor patients, and document in the EMR while maintaining safety and compliance. Travel and infusion time are compensated.

Qualifications

• Infusion experience required.
• RN license required.
• Prior experience with IV medications and infusion therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review patient orders and administer parenteral medications per plan.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor vitals during and after infusions.
• Document activities accurately in the EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.
