Druid City Vital Care is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse to support infusion therapies in home health and local clinics across Tennessee, including Ripley and Brownsville. You will deliver IV medications, educate patients, and coordinate with pharmacists and care teams.

This role requires an active RN license, BLS, and infusion therapy experience. Flexible PRN hours include evenings and weekends, with strong clinical support and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Active RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (associate or bachelor’s degree).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Availability to work flexible PRN hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with infusion therapy preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer IV medications and therapies following aseptic protocols.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Perform phlebotomy for lab testing.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EHR.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapies and self-care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety.
• Provide support in emergency situations using sound clinical judgment.
