Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy nursing in patients' homes on a PRN basis. The role includes catheter access, IV therapy, vital signs, medication administration, blood draws, and patient education with electronic charting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and has at least 1 year of infusion therapy experience, plus reliable transportation and strong communication with scheduling staff. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy experience.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Ability to perform catheter access and IV care.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, ports, PICCs/central lines).
• Monitor vitals and provide assessments.
• Administer medications (Abx, TPN, IVIG, other specialty meds).
• Draw blood as needed and educate patients on self-administration.
• Create visit notes in the electronic chart promptly.
