Fully remote and autonomous position providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Huntsville, AL area.

As a Home Infusion IVIG Registered Nurse (RN), you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. If you are spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing from patient to patient with no time to provide quality patient care, this could be the perfect opportunity to change your work environment. As a Home Infusion RN, you will…

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes
• Utilize your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients in the comfort of their own homes
• Conduct one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment
• Possibly require additional licensure in multi-state service areas
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners
• Challenge your clinical nursing skills through continuous training on advanced technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses may be reimbursed for eligible RNs, such as Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN)

This PRN role involves visiting patients in the greater Huntsville area, with occasional travel of up to 150-200 miles one way. Travel time is paid, and mileage is reimbursed.

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Alabama; ability to obtain licenses in other states
• Minimum one year of nursing experience; IV-related experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL, with no business exclusion clause)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word for documentation and tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three years of nursing experience
• One year of infusion experience
• Pediatric nursing experience

Education: RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in nursing
