TruHeart Home Health - Norman is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes in Norman and surrounding areas. This PRN role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to patient-centered care in a community setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an Oklahoma LPN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of home health or hospital experience, with a commitment to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Formación

• Active Oklahoma LPN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or hospital setting.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prescribed nursing care in the home following a Plan of Care and patient needs.
• Monitor patient condition, report abnormalities, and adjust care plan as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and status.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Perform wound care and IV maintenance as applicable.
• Address patient needs and report concerns to the supervising nurse.
