Job summary

The role requires RN licensure in NH, BLS, and a BSN is preferred. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes across units.

Qualifications

• Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Specialty certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and create a therapeutic environment for patients and families.
• Utilize the nursing process in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Communicate patient status to the multidisciplinary team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient, family and interdisciplinary team.
• Document plan of care, assessments and outcomes in the EMR per standards.
