Job summary

Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH is seeking an RN Float Pool Registered Nurse to deliver patient care across units using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires NH RN licensure, BLS, and at least 9 months of nursing experience. A BSN is strongly preferred, with specialty certifications advantageous. This position is based in a hospital setting within the HCA Healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Specialty certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess and reassess patient status and respond to changes in condition.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient and team.
• Document care plans and patient outcomes thoroughly in the EHR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate orders and interventions.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care with empathy and respect.
• Support a calm and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
• Promote performance improvement and adherence to safety standards.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Licensed Registered Nurse (NH)
