Royse City ER & Hospital is seeking an ED Registered Nurse (PRN, Float) to deliver high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced setting across all ages.

Requirements include two years ER experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, current state licensure, and CPR; ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC preferred. You will assess patients, triage, administer meds, supervise staff, and coordinate with physicians to ensure safe, efficient care.

Formación

• Two years ER experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure with the State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• CPR/BCLS; ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Patient assessment and head-to-toe evaluations.
• Triage patients based on urgency.
• Emergency care for all ages with established protocols.
• Administer medications with the five rights.
• Supervise ERTs and other staff for efficient workflow.
• Advocate for patients and educate families.
• Collaborate with physicians on care plans.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety.
• Engage in ongoing education and quality initiatives.
