Banner Nutex Health seeks an ED Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide urgent care across all ages. You will perform thorough assessments, triage appropriately, and administer medications while supervising ER staff and collaborating with physicians to implement care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, and current BCLS/CPR; ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC preferred. Excellent English communication and physical stamina are required, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Competenze

• Two years of emergency room experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensure with the State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Current BCLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC preferred.
• English fluency (read/write/speak).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Mansioni

• Conduct head-to-toe assessments and psychosocial evaluations on arrival.
• Triage patients based on urgency to ensure timely care.
• Provide emergency care to all ages following established protocols.
• Administer medications adhering to the five rights.
• Supervise ER Technicians and other staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate with patients and families to explain procedures and plans.
• Collaborate with physicians on patient care plans.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.
