Job summary

Royse City ER & Hospital is seeking a dedicated ED Registered Nurse (PRN, Nights) to provide urgent and compassionate care in a high-volume ER. You will perform head-to-toe assessments, triage, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to implement patient care plans.

Ideal candidates are graduates of accredited nursing programs with RN licensure and ACLS/PALS or ENPC/ TNCC preferred. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and infection control practices in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• ACLS/PALS or ENPC certification preferred; TNCC may be required eventually.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe patient assessments and triage on arrival.
• Provide emergency care to patients of all ages following ER protocols.
• Administer medications accurately while observing the five rights.
• Supervise ERTs and other staff to maintain efficient ER workflow.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families; collaborate with physicians on care plans.
