Job summary

Overview

Education Requirements

Education Master's degree or equivalent in a clinical therapy discipline (Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy) required.

Certification/Licensure

Basic Life Support (BLS) – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) RQI

One of the following certifications qualifies:

• Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
• Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) - State license - North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (NCBOESLPA)
• Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
• Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (NCPT)
• Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Physical Therapy Compact Commission (PTCOMPACT)

Compensation and Benefits

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $77,625.60 - $121,118.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
