Job summary

Lev at Town Park in Houston, TX is seeking a Dietary Aide (PRN) to support dining operations in a healthcare setting. You will set up dining areas, assist with meal prep under supervision, and deliver trays to residents at scheduled times while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

You will collaborate with the dietary manager, nursing staff, and residents to ensure meals meet dietary instructions and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Food Handler certification per state requirements; ServeSafe preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under the direction of dietary manager and cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms and times.
• Take down dining areas, collect plates, glasses, dishes, and trash.
• Clean food prep areas, kitchen, dishes, and equipment.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory as directed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, staff, and supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and in-services as directed.
