Job summary

The Imaging Center in Germantown, TN, is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technologist for a PRN, part-time role. The selected candidate will perform diagnostic X-ray procedures, educate patients, and review orders in a patient-focused outpatient setting.

Ideal applicants have 5+ years of radiology experience, ARRT certification, and a valid state license, plus BLS within 60 days of hire. Competitive pay and shift differentials apply.

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT certification in Radiography and current ARRT registration.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
• Must meet state licensure requirements where practicing.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients for exams.
• Review physician orders and patient history.
• Follow radiation safety and ALARA standards.
• Evaluate images for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with fluoroscopic procedures as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, patient-focused environment.
• Collaborate with the imaging team to provide excellent patient care.
