Job summary

CRH Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in Germantown, MD. The role involves performing radiographic imaging, assisting clinicians, and ensuring high-quality patient care with attention to safety and accuracy.

You will conduct digital x-rays, operate related equipment, and document findings in the EMR while maintaining compliance and patient comfort. A State RT license and CPR are required, with 12-hour shifts and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current State RT license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Able to read/write medical terminology.
• Types 25 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
• Work 12-hour shifts and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical intake including patient history, medications, chief complaint, vitals, and EMR documentation.
• Explain procedures and prepare patient and exam room for examination.
• Assist physicians with imaging procedures.
• Perform diagnostic tests (eye exams, EKG, audiogram, spirometry) and basic nursing functions.
• Perform CLIA-waived lab tests and process specimens for send-out.
• Acquire digital x-rays with proper positioning and safety protocols.
• Document services and test results in the chart.
• Coordinate patient callbacks, referrals, tests, and follow-ups.
• Ensure equipment quality and perform routine checks.
• Support registration staff and perform clerical duties as needed.
