Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a therapist-led team. The position supports individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and participates in patient progress documentation.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in OTA, NBCOT certification, and have 1 year of experience; PRN daytime schedule at Norwood Crossing-Chicago, IL is available.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
