Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to help maintain high-quality care on a PRN basis. You will work daytime shifts with a supportive leadership team of therapists who share the same clinical standards.

The role requires an OTA program degree, an active COTA license, and NBCOT certification, plus preferredone year experience. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and teach patients about adaptive equipment and home

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
