Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the Taylorville Care Center team in Taylorville, IL. This PRN daytime role centers on implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT and documenting patient progress.

The ideal candidate holds an OTA degree, an active COTA license, NBCOT certification, and prefers at least one year of experience. They will educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
