Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking an Inventory/Receiving Associate for the Denver area. You will assist with data updates, verify deliveries against packing slips, handle replenishment and receiving in systems, and ensure accurate par levels across departments.

Responsibilities include tagging equipment, resolving invoice discrepancies, and delivering supplies while maintaining safety and organization in the warehouse. Requires basic math, attention to detail, and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assists with updating data for product conversions and participates in design/maintenance of par location item layout.
• Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations.
• Completes replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the computer to maintain records.
• Tags capital equipment upon receipt and communicates necessary information to purchasing.
• Resolves invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepares items for return.
• Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers and ensures correct location delivery.
• Picks up return items and performs daily par cart inventories.
• Maintains par areas, ensuring they are stocked and properly tagged.
• Disburses materials to facility locations according to routes and schedules.
