Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, replenishment, and delivery of supplies across the facility. You will verify deliveries, use ERP systems for data entry, and help maintain accurate par levels and organized storage areas.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience in supply chain or customer service. The role is full-time with daytime hours.

Responsibilities

Assists with updating data related to product conversions and par location layouts.

Resolves invoice discrepancies and prepares items for return.

Job Description

Other duties as assigned. Assists with updating data associated with product conversions, and participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout. Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations. Completes replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the computer to maintain accurate records. Tags capital equipment upon receipt and communicates necessary information to purchasing. Resolves invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepares items for return. Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, ensuring accurate location delivery. Picks up return items, performs daily par cart inventories, and delivers supplies to assigned areas. Establishes relationships with clinical departments to ensure collaboration, and provides feedback on par level adjustments. Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked. Disburses materials to various facility locations according to established routes and schedules. Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
