Willows Way, Inc. is seeking a Part Time R.I.S.E Day Program Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community and on-site activities in Saint Charles, MO.

The schedule includes weekdays with afternoons, with additional availability as needed. The role offers competitive pay at $21.50 per hour and a supportive, fun working environment along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a positive role model and reliable.
• Kindness, compassion, patience and respect in all interactions.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Creativity and arts and crafts skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation to use on the job.
• Ability to obtain Class E license and drive large vans.
• Ability to pass all background checks.
• Ability to physically assist individuals using wheelchairs with mobility and hygiene tasks.

• The RISE Direct Support Professional assists people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in meaningful activities in the community and on site at Willows Way.
• The DSP explores the individual’s interests and matches those interests with fun and fulfilling activities.

Part Time R.I.S.E Day Program Direct Support Professional

Full Time - Benefit Eligible

Typical Schedule: Monday-8:30am to 3:30pm
Thursday- 8:30am to 3:30pm
Friday - 8:30am to 3:30pm

Additional Availability May be Required for program or client transportation needs

$21.50per hour
