Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia seeks a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and a supportive patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, adjust techniques to maintain diagnostic quality while minimizing dose, and work with a collaborative care team.

The role requires completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and ARRT-R/ARRT-CT with BLS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to departmental guidelines and ALARA principles.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain diagnostic image quality.
• Disinfect rooms and equipment; report issues promptly.
• Obtain clinical history, verify orders and two patient identifiers.
• Explain procedures and prep to patients to reduce anxiety and ensure comfort.
• Document studies in RIS/PACS and assist with patient care as needed.
