Wellstar is seeking a CT Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging studies with emphasis on patient safety and comfort. This PRN role requires flexibility to meet department needs and the ability to operate CT equipment with an emphasis on dose optimization.

The candidate will verify orders, position patients correctly, and produce high-quality images while maintaining infection control and patient privacy. CT experience and ARRT CT certification are preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) and ARRT-CT (CT) certifications required or pending.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Verify clinician orders and prepare patients for CT procedures.
• Position patients and operate CT equipment safely to obtain diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient privacy, comfort, and dignity during exams.
• Assist with pre- and post-procedural care and maintain sterile technique.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure studies are routed to PACS.
