Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (PRN) with CT experience to perform diagnostic imaging with emphasis on image quality and patient safety. The role requires collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure accurate procedures and adherence to protocols.

Must have ARRT radiography and CT certifications, and BLS certification. The position supports a fast-paced hospital environment with opportunities for professional growth and education support.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Radiography and CT certifications required.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• CT and radiography experience preferred; healthcare setting experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Verifies clinician orders and collects exam data.
• Reviews CT/radiographic images for clinical quality.
• Responds to emergencies and maintains crash cart and life support equipment.
• Maintains patient privacy, comfort, and dignity during exams.
• Operates CT equipment and loads/injects contrast as needed.
