Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a dedicated radiologic technologist to join our CT/radiology team on a PRN basis. You will prepare patients, position them, perform CT and radiographic exams, and ensure safety and comfort throughout the procedures.

The role requires ARRT radiography and CT certification, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with radiologists and other staff.

Qualifications

• Required Minimum Education: Accredited Program Radiologic Technology.
• Certifications: ARRT-R Radiography; ARRT-CT; BLS or ARC-BLS; BLS-I.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Radiology; CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and radiographic exams with proper patient positioning.
• Verify orders and ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Operate CT equipment and PACS; assist radiologists.
• Maintain equipment and document procedures.
