Job summary

Wellstar is hiring a Radiologic Technologist (CT) to perform diagnostic CT procedures, position patients, and ensure image quality. You will verify orders, prep patients, adhere to safety protocols, and document studies in RIS/PACS.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage a fast-paced clinical environment. Must have an Accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT-related credentials; CT experience and hospital-based prep are preferred.

Qualifications

• Accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• All required certifications must be obtained upon hire.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT credentials preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment and position patients for procedures.
• Verify patient identity, prep, and pre-procedural verification.
• Follow pre and post procedural care and infection control procedures.
• Ensure image quality and proper documentation in RIS/PACS.
• Assist with contrast administration and monitor patient status.
