Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures with ALARA principles, delivering high-quality diagnostic images and compassionate patient care. The role requires collaboration with the radiology team and adherence to safety standards.

You will support equipment prep, documentation in RIS/PACS, and patient assistance throughout exams, ensuring comfort and efficiency in a busy imaging workflow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification required.
• ARRT-CT certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and maintain diagnostic image quality.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely while applying ALARA principles.
• Prepare, position, and care for patients; ensure privacy and comfort.
• Administer contrast as per protocol using venipuncture when required.
• Review images for diagnostic quality and document in RIS/PACS.
• Collaborate with radiology team to support department flow and safety.
