Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia seeks a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and support a positive patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, ensure patient comfort, and collaborate with the radiology team to maintain diagnostic excellence.

The role requires ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, BLS, and minimum radiology experience. This position offers competitive hourly pay and shift incentives within a comprehensive Wellstar benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT, BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines to ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and adjust techniques to maintain diagnostic quality at the lowest reasonably achievable dose (ALARA).
• Disinfect and maintain rooms/equipment per infection control schedules; report equipment issues promptly.
• Explain procedures, prep, and post-care clearly using AIDET; address questions and reduce patient anxiety.
• Review images for diagnostic acceptability; complete documentation and finalize studies in RIS/PACS.
