Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Outpatient Anesthesia Team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of cases in a state-of-the-art facility within a large integrated health system.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor Student Nurse Anesthetists, and enjoy competitive compensation with flexible PRN scheduling and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, Master’s Degree or Higher.
• Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina and current Certification/Recertification as a Nurse Anesthetist.
• Current CPR Certification – ACLS, BLS.
• Ability to demonstrate clinical competency and strong communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Peri-operative anesthesia care planning with attention to co-morbidities and age considerations.
• Collaborate with medical teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Uphold patient safety, drive quality improvement, and promote infection prevention.
• Document and maintain patient records in accordance with hospital standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism and support ongoing professional development.
