Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a skilled PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Outpatient Anesthesia Team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will work in a busy, collaborative setting offering diverse cases and strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program with Master’s Degree or higher.
• RN licensure in North Carolina and current CRNA certification/recertification.
• Current CPR Certification – ACLS, BLS.
• Clinical competency within granted privileges.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for peri-operative and in outpatient settings.
• MentorStudent Nurse Anesthetists and precept if applicable.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Document patient records in line with hospital standards.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and punctual patient care delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to cost containment by conserving resources.
