Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Outpatient Anesthesia Team in Winston-Salem, NC. The role offers flexible scheduling and a wide variety of cases within a top integrated health system.

The CRNA will provide anesthesia for diverse procedures, contribute to teaching opportunities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in nurse anesthesia.
• RN licensure from NC + CRNA certification.
• Current CPR Certification – ACLS, BLS.
• Ability to demonstrate clinical competency within scope of privileges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Precept Student Nurse Anesthetists – mentor medical students.
• Develop and implement patient care plans for peri-operative anesthesia.
• Collaborate with medical team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Document and maintain patient records per hospital standards.
