Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a Respiratory Therapist II to deliver complex respiratory care in critical care settings, including ventilator management and arterial blood gas analysis. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to plan patient care and educate patients and families.

Must hold NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS at hire with 0–2 years of clinical experience, including critical care exposure; strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS certifications required at hire.
• 0–2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ventilator management and airway procedures.
• Aerosolized medications administration and ABG analysis.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.
• Educate patients and families; mentor new staff and students.
• Document accurately and support safety and quality initiatives.
