You will educate patients, mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have 0-2 years of clinical experience, accredited RT education, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy and patient education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care planning
• Perform ventilator management, airway procedures, and diagnostic testing
• Mentor and precept new staff, students, and peers
• Ensure safety through accurate documentation and adherence to protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
