• Requires OTA licensure in the state.
• Requires an Associate Degree in a COTA program.
• Must be able to document accurately and timely.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Staff Occupational Therapist with resident care.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control protocols.
• Participate in Rehabilitation meetings and care conferences as needed.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides in the nursing department.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning updates to physicians and nurses.
