Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team on a PRN, daytime schedule at Jefferson Healthcare Center in Jefferson, Ohio. Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
