Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN position at Forest Hills Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH. This role supports residents through targeted therapies and collaboration with the OT to promote independence.

Qualifications

• COTA education obtained in an accredited two-year associate degree program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License.

Responsibilities

• Helps residents improve quality of life by enhancing motor skills and independence.
• Implements treatment plans in collaboration with the Occupational Therapist.
• Educates treatment staff and family members involved in the plan.
• Documents rehab activities per department and facility requirements.
