Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab in Madeira, OH is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team at Madeira Healthcare Center. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling to support residents and staff.

You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, implement treatment plans, educate staff and families, and help residents gain independence. This position also offers the opportunity to serve at multiple locations within the CommuniCare

Qualifications

• Accredited two-year associate degree in COTA.
• Valid or pending State COTA license.

Responsibilities

• Helps residents improve quality of life by improving motor skills and independence.
• Implements treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist; educates staff and families.
• Ensures proper documentation under rehab department requirements.
