Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will work under an OT, enhancing independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a COTA licensed or eligible to practice in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to improve functional independence and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focusing on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Assist patients in daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans.
