Job summary

Siloam Springs Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents’ independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will deliver high-quality therapy services and help residents achieve functional goals in a skilled nursing setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the therapy team, adherence to regulatory standards, and a positive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• Current COTA license in Arkansas is required.
• Previous SNF or geriatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic treatments according to the occupational therapy plan of care.
• Assist in evaluating patients’ functional abilities and progress.
• Document daily treatment notes and communicate patient status to the therapy team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure treatments comply with state and federal regulations.
