Job summary

Maple Leaf HealthCare Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in reaching greater independence in everyday activities.

You will provide treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT, assist with ADLs, track progress, complete documentation, and participate in a team‑oriented environment. Active NH COTA license required; flexible scheduling and competitive PRN pay.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire COTA license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional tasks.
• Track progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
