Job summary

Life Care Center of Carrollton is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) on a PRN basis for day shifts in Missouri. The COTA provides direct rehab care under the supervision of an OT, ensuring compliance with laws and Life Care standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate.

• Follow occupational treatment plans under the supervision of an OT.
• Chart appropriately and timely; use therapy software accurately.
• Demonstrate good body mechanics and professional conduct.
• Assist in evacuation of patients; communicate on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
