Life Care Center of Brookfield is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide direct rehab care to patients under the supervision of an OT.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards in a post-acute setting. New grads welcome; CPR must be current.

This PRN, day-shift position offers opportunities to participate in community health initiatives and to grow clinical skills through hands-on patient care.

Qualificações

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (ASOT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State and maintain active license.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsabilidades

• Follow occupational treatment plans under the direction of the supervising OT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software and exhibit excellent customer service toward patients.
• Assist in patient evacuation.
• Demonstrate good body mechanics and use good judgment.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
